How do I place an order?

Simply decide on your unique and timeless selections, as well as color, quantity, and accessories  where applicable, add them to your shopping cart and proceed to the payment page filling out the necessary payment, recipient and “NOTES”(if applicable) information. If you would like to request guidance please email us at your convenience or call during regular business hours 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week. Payment and Shipping

A Glowing Memory® will make every effort to deliver your selections in a timely manner.

Prices viewed on A Glowing Memory® website do not include a required 6% tax (Fl. residents only).This cost will be calculated on your order form.

No shipping charges will be added to your order!

All purchased orders in the United States are shipped via USPS Ground and will arrival within 5 to 10 business days.

*Local Bereavement Deliveries may be arranged through in-store orders and on line via special arrangements. Please call for details.

*In the event that no one is available to accept the delivery, packages will be left as securely as possible at the bereavement services location unless otherwise directed by the customer in the “order notes”. If you prefer other arrangements, please authorize us to follow your instructions in the “Order Notes” provided. To ensure prompt delivery when ordering Bereavement gifts, please indicate the location, date and time services begin in the “Order Notes” provided.

Returns & Refunds

A Glowing Memory® makes personalized gift-giving easy for you!
We inspect every item again for quality and accuracy before it ships to you or someone special.
We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. In the event of  damage during shipping, or there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item or one of equal value. All exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt.

We want your order to be exactly the way you want and your personal message to be letter perfect. We understand that everyone makes mistakes (us included!), so please review your information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates, times and names carefully. You check it twice and we will, too!

During the  busy holiday seasons we try our best to guarantee your gifts will arrive on time, but due to high volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control there might be a slight delay in delivery of your order.

No refunds can be issued for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
